Shipping Policy

Orders placed Mon-Fri usually ship within 24 hours. Special order items typically take longer than items stocked at our warehouse location.

Dura Wax ships to the contiguous 48 United States.

Dura Wax uses two delivery method:

  • The majority of our items are shipped via FEDEX ground.
  • Large or over-sized items or items over 200 lbs are shipped via common carrier.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. All merchandise is shipped from Dura Wax's nearest shipping point to anywhere in the Continental United States. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon Dura Wax's delivery to FEDEX or common carrier. If orders shipped by FEDEX or common carrier are returned to us because there is no one present to receive shipment, then all freight charges or redelivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damage Claims

All damage claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier. When reporting damages, please be sure to hold all packing materials for inspection. For common carrier deliveries, please inspect all packages carefully. If merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, make note of the damage on the freight bill.


No merchandise will be accepted for returns without our specific approval. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items incorrectly ordered will be accepted for return with up to a 20% restocking charge if shipped to us pre-paid.

We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number that must accompany all returned shipments.

Back Orders

If at all possible, Dura Wax will completely fill your order. At times we must back order items. We will notify you of any backorders. As soon as the item is restocked it will be shipped to you.
