How to I know what disinfectant I need?
Not to answer a question with a question, but it depends on what you are trying to disinfect. Disinfectants are formulated so they work on specific types of bacteria, viruses, and fungi such as mold and mildew.

Remember: All disinfectants require them to remain on the surface between 5-10 minutes to kill the germs they are formulated for. Sanitizers must remain on the surface for at least 30 seconds to be effective.
